If you’re having trouble with mobile.twitter.com, please try the following steps:

  1. Try clearing your cache and cookies for your device’s mobile browser. You can clear cache and cookies from the settings menu for your mobile browser.
  2. Turn your phone off for 5 minutes to reset the connection.

Features that are inaccessible on a mobile device

You will have to log in to Twitter.com via a computer in order to access the following features:

  • You cannot access the web version of Twitter.com on your mobile device. If you type http://twitter.com into your mobile browser, you will be redirected to our mobile site,mobile.twitter.com.
  • If you are accessing mobile.twitter.com on a feature phone, you won’t have the option to include a photo in a Tweet. This feature is only available on smartphone browsers and official Twitter apps.
