If you’re having trouble with mobile.twitter.com, please try the following steps:
- Try clearing your cache and cookies for your device’s mobile browser. You can clear cache and cookies from the settings menu for your mobile browser.
- Turn your phone off for 5 minutes to reset the connection.
If the above troubleshooting tips did not resolve your issue, check the list below to make sure you aren’t trying to access a feature that doesn’t exist on the mobile site.
Features that are inaccessible on a mobile device
You will have to log in to Twitter.com via a computer in order to access the following features:
- You cannot access the web version of Twitter.com on your mobile device. If you type http://twitter.com into your mobile browser, you will be redirected to our mobile site,mobile.twitter.com.
- If you are accessing mobile.twitter.com on a feature phone, you won’t have the option to include a photo in a Tweet. This feature is only available on smartphone browsers and official Twitter apps.
