Ways to get in touch

  • YouTube Help Center: You’re already here. To contact the team, click on the Contact Us btn at the top of the page. Make sure you’re logged in to your channel.
  • YouTube.com: Go to your channel’s Creator Studio. Click on the Help btn at the bottom of the page, then selectEmail in the window that pops up.
  • CMS: While logged in to your channel, click on the Help btn at the bottom of the page, then select Email in the window that pops up.

Email We offer email support to partner channels that have above15,000 watchtime hours in the last 90 days. Select “Contact Us” in the top right corner of the Help Center to categorize your issue and email support. You can expect to receive a response from our Support Team within 1 business day.

Email support is currently provided in the following languages for qualifying partners: Arabic, Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional), English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese.
