Note: Cards are not available on videos marked as Made for Kids.

- Sign in to YouTube Studio
- Go to Content from the left menu

- Click Editor
- Choose Info cards and select Add card
You can add up to 5 cards per video.

Make sure the destination follows YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
Customize Your Card
For each card, you can:
- Set the exact time it appears in the video
- Add a teaser message (short preview text shown to viewers)
- Add an optional message for context

How Viewers Interact With Cards
Cards are designed to appear naturally while watching a video and guide viewers to related content.
Viewers can:

- Click the card icon while watching
- Hover (on desktop) or tap (on mobile) to browse available cards
When selected, cards open a panel showing all available options in that video.
How Cards Are Displayed

- If multiple cards are added, viewers can scroll through them while watching

Important Limitations
