YouTube Creator Community

The YouTube Creator Community is an invite-only program that connects creators with other creators and provides guidance, education, and networking opportunities. It is supported by YouTube Community Partner Managers (CPMs), who help creators grow and navigate the platform.

What the Creator Community Is

The YouTube Creator Community is designed to:

  • Connect creators with other creators
  • Provide learning opportunities and best practices
  • Offer access to YouTube product updates and features
  • Help creators grow through structured support and events

Creators selected for the program may gain access to exclusive networking opportunities and creator-focused resources.

What is a Community Partner Manager (CPM)?

A Community Partner Manager (CPM) is a YouTube representative who supports groups of creators within the Creator Community.

What CPMs do:

  • Help creators understand YouTube best practices
  • Share updates on new features and tools
  • Provide guidance on channel growth strategies
  • Invite creators to workshops and events
  • Connect creators with other creators in the community
  • Collect feedback to share with YouTube product teams

Creators in the program may receive:

Eligibility Requirements

The Creator Community is invite-only. Creators are selected based on eligibility and activity.

General requirements include:

  • Active posting on YouTube
  • Compliance with YouTube Community Guidelines
  • No Community Guidelines strikes
  • No more than one unresolved copyright strike
  • Adherence to advertiser-friendly content policies
  • Demonstrated potential for channel growth
  • Respectful participation in community events
  • Location in supported countries or regions
