What is a Community Partner Manager (CPM)?
A Community Partner Manager (CPM) is a YouTube representative who supports groups of creators within the Creator Community.
What CPMs do:
- Help creators understand YouTube best practices
- Share updates on new features and tools
- Provide guidance on channel growth strategies
- Invite creators to workshops and events
- Connect creators with other creators in the community
- Collect feedback to share with YouTube product teams

Eligibility Requirements
The Creator Community is invite-only. Creators are selected based on eligibility and activity.
General requirements include:
- Active posting on YouTube
- Compliance with YouTube Community Guidelines
- No Community Guidelines strikes
- No more than one unresolved copyright strike
- Adherence to advertiser-friendly content policies
- Demonstrated potential for channel growth
- Respectful participation in community events
