Encouraging Violations of the Terms of Service
Content that promotes or encourages others to break YouTube’s Terms of Service may be removed from the platform. Depending on the severity or frequency of the violation, creators may also receive penalties against their account, including possible suspension or termination.
Reposting Removed or Restricted Content
Uploading content that has already been removed for policy violations, or reposting material from creators whose channels are currently restricted or terminated, may be treated as an attempt to bypass YouTube’s enforcement systems.
This type of policy circumvention can lead to content removal, channel penalties, or permanent account termination. Enforcement may also extend to other channels owned or operated by the same individual.
Age Requirements for Google Services
YouTube and other Google products have minimum age requirements for users. If there is reason to believe an account holder does not meet the required age threshold, Google may request age verification to confirm eligibility to use the platform.
