Facebook Gaming debuted its cloud gaming platform last October, allowing users in a few U.S. states to play cloud-streamed mobile games on Android devices and the web without downloading the games to their devices.
Facebook vice president of play Jason Rubin said Thursday that Facebook’s cloud streaming platform is available “to over 98% of people in the mainland U.S.,” adding that the social network is “on track to hit 100% by fall of this year.” The platform is also beginning to roll out in Mexico and Canada, and Rubin said it will come to “Western and Central Europe by early 2022.”…read more.
